The Leopard

The Leopard he walks through the trees and the bushes,
Through the long grass the leopard he pushes.
Then he spies a lonely deer,
Slowly he creeps so his meal won't hear.

Suddenly he dashes straight at his meal,
Dives on it's back, goes straight for the kill,
He tears its back, he tears it's neck,
The deer is nothing but a nervous wreck.

The deer goes crashing to the ground,
No way of escape can be possibly found,
It kicks and struggles but all in vain,
The ripping claws, the terrible pain.

After a while the deer lies dead,
The gushing blood runs out so red,
Then the leopard returns to the reservation park,
The dogs all around him go wild and bark.

When the men in the park hear the disturbing sound,
They all came out of the houses around,
"That friendly leopards here, well fancy that!",
"The poor little harmless pussy cat".
